Our ‘Walking to Running’ team will meet up for a training session at Rofe Park Hornsby.
These sessions will run on the last Sunday of every month unless otherwise advised.
8am start
Arrive a little early for your own light warm up and stretch
Wear comfortable running shoes
Wear comfy clothing and a hat, and don’t forget the sunscreen
Bring a big drink of water
Please stop and seek help from one of the supervising team if you feel unwell, or breathless, or any tightness or pain.
