We’re launching our own from ‘Walking to Running’ program at BBMA Hornsby.
Participants will progress (slowly but surely!) from walking to running 5k!
Special Guest Presenter! Matt Williamson - Matt is a fully qualified Exercise Scientist, passionate fitness professional, and elite level (Registered) Strength and Conditioning Coach. Whoop!
Matt will teach us how to progress from (barely) walking to running - safely and efficiently
Perfect for people who:
think they are ‘too unfit’ to run
want to improve their running style and technique
want to learn to run slowly & safely
want to join in with a supportive community
This event is the launch (kickoff/start) of this program.
Each person will leave with a basic plan so they can get started on their walking to running journey :)
We are offering this session FREE of charge to current BBMA Hornsby Students.
