WALKING to RUNNING Program Launch

We’re launching our own from ‘Walking to Running’ program at BBMA Hornsby.

Participants will progress (slowly but surely!) from walking to running 5k!

Special Guest Presenter! Matt Williamson - Matt is a fully qualified Exercise Scientist, passionate fitness professional, and elite level (Registered) Strength and Conditioning Coach. Whoop!

Matt will teach us how to progress from (barely) walking to running - safely and efficiently

Perfect for people who:

  • think they are ‘too unfit’ to run

  • want to improve their running style and technique

  • want to learn to run slowly & safely

  • want to join in with a supportive community

This event is the launch (kickoff/start) of this program.

Each person will leave with a basic plan so they can get started on their walking to running journey :)

We are offering this session FREE of charge to current BBMA Hornsby Students.
