Weapons (Arnis - traditional Filipino weapon) - 9:15am
Karate for adults, teens and kids 9 years plus - 9:45am and 2:15pm
Face Painting - 10am to 12:30pm
Self-Defence workshop for adults, teens and kids 9 years plus - 3:30pm
Non violent anti-bullying workshop for kids 5 to 8 years - 11:15am
Guided Meditation - for adults, teens and kids 9 years plus - 3pm
Dojo Tour - 1pm
Afternoon Tea - 1pm to 2pm
